Friendly staff made check-in easy.

I had a very unsettling experience . The room I was assigned had an overwhelming odor of smoke that was unbearable. Despite requesting a room change, I was told that none were available, leaving me stuck in an uncomfortable situation.

Location and friendly staff.

Cleanliness, breakfast should be available until 11 am, rooms need a good, deep cleaning.

I stayed or we did at other hotels in Griffin we will come back to Holiday Inn Express for now on.

My reservation was made on haveing pool and hot tub when we arrived but didnt know they were out of service that was very dissapointing thank you.

The location was particularly good, for example, North Griffin Square Shopping Mall was within easy walking distance of the hotel. I visited restaurants and a racetrack close to the venue.

Good breakfast and spacious room, but the gym was very disappointing and dirty.

The staff. The beds were comfortable.

The room I was in could use: 2 trash cans, a longer shower curtain so when taking a shower the floor doesn't get wet, better insulating around the hallway door. Also, the coffee pot had not been cleaned from the previous guest.

The staff here is excellent, particularly the front desk staff (Christy, Christian and Kenyatta are the ones we had contact with). They were very cheerful and quick to deal with a room change when we requested it. They really made our stay pleasurable, particularly over the Christmas holiday!

We visited a local race track, so much fun, and also caught a Harlem Globetrotters show nearby. The hotel was a perfect spot for our adventures, being minutes away from all the excitement. Everything was just what we needed for our group getaway!

One downside was the room switch we had to deal with upon arrival. We ran into a few maintenance issues with the door lock that needed attention.

The hotel was clean and nicely maintained. It is well appointed and in a good location. The very best part about our stay here was the staff. They are friendly, courteous, and very attentive. It is a good value for a comfortable stay.

location: the hotel was right by stores and restaurants, the garden area, and downtown. also, it took only 15 minutes walk to get to north griffin square shopping mall. the room was a nice size and well furnished when upgraded with bathroom and sink & refrigerator, for instance.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the room was spacious with clean bedding. The staff was friendly. The location was convenient, close to various dining options. The pool area was a fun spot for family bonding 😊
